What is Virtual Training?

Now more than ever, there are many different training programs. It can become daunting to even know where to start.

I’ll take the guesswork out of it for you. 

I’ve cherry-picked the programs and nutritional guidelines based on my experience, and I have curated programs specifically for your needs.

My virtual training sessions consist of a 6-week personalized training program along with nutritional advice to help you meet your goals. I’m with you every step of the way, from accountability check-ins to free resources.

Here’s how it works:
Virtual Training 

  • 60 min consultation via Zoom or Facetime

  • Personalized training plan 

  • Nutritional packet created by a Certified Dietician 

  • Supplement Guide

  • 30 minute weekly check-in Zoom or Facetime calls  (6 total)

  • 24/7 access to Matt via email or text for quick questions 

COST: $250


Step 1: 

We will conduct a one hour consultation via Zoom or FaceTime where we’ll talk about your specific goals and needs. 

Step 2:

I will create a personalized training plan along with nutritional guidance and other free resources to get you started. 

Step 3:

We will have weekly check-ins to monitor progress physically and mentally and make adjustments as needed.  These are 30 min Zoom or Facetime calls. 

Step 4:

After 6 weeks, we will evaluate your progress and we’ll make a decision together on how best to continue your progress.
